A long right-hand point over sand at the southern tip of the Dakhla peninsula, up to almost a kilometre on good winter days. West to north swell, north wind, low to mid tide (Surfnerd, Ocean Vagabond).
Uncertain access: depending on the source, below a military area and sometimes closed, or reserved for the guests of an eco-lodge. Ask in Dakhla.
Known: a spot described by surf guides, named in its description, and taken as is. We have neither found nor surfed it; its position was checked on satellite imagery. The spot is in Western Sahara, a territory administered by Morocco whose status is disputed.
Each archive year brings together images taken on different dates depending on the place: they do not all show the same swell.
